At punitbalana.in, there are certain terms and conditions if you visit of shop with us. And by default, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them very carefully.

Your account

If you are using our website, you take full responsibility of your account and any activity taking place from the same. We hold the right to refuse service, terminate accounts if we deem necessary.

Product Descriptions and Images

At punitbalana.in, we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images of the products listed on our website. However, due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and other factors, the colour or appearance of a product may vary slightly from the photographs shown on the website.

We request customers to consider such minor variations before placing an order. In case of any genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect product being delivered, please contact our customer support team within the specified time period.

Prices

At punitbalana.in, we charge you for your order before the shipping process. If, at all, we fail to ship your product in the promised number of days, you have the right to cancel your order.

Taxes and duties

All of our orders are shipped from India and hence, some orders may come with duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. In most cases, there are none, but if at all there are duties and/or custom charges, please note that has to be paid by you and that you take full responsibility for it. Failure in paying such taxes will not result in a refund.

Returns and Refund

No business house likes returns and no customer wants to engage in returns. You make a purchase only after much thought, but in case you have to - if the product you have received doesn’t satisfy you - we offer returns on our pret collection only within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

However, there is no option of return on discounted items. Only products sold at MRP can be returned. A refund is processed within 7-10 days from the day we receive your product and only after inspection. On inspection if we find that the product has been tampered with, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be initiated.

We do not offer returns on international orders. However, if the product that you have received is damaged or defective, or wholly wrong, in that case, please write to us at balana@punitbalana.in within 2 days of receiving the order and we will get back to you. 

Cancellation or return for online orders will not be entertained. In case of cancellation (in lieu our return policy), please contact our customer support (+91 90247 85839) for credit notes that remains valid for two months from the date of cancellation.

Law

punitbalana.in under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court, and any case will be taken up according to the Indian Constitution.
